As you can see, I have a wealth of professional experience. Gained from working as a telemarketer, SEO specialist, waitress, through salesperson
and customer advisor.
I tried to bring as much of my resources as possible to each company, which I had gained
from my previous jobs, but I also wanted to take as much as possible to enrich my professional experience with additional skills, both soft and hard.
For a long time I thought that working in the SEO industry was the job I would want to do for the rest of my life. However, I began to feel that something was missing.
I took a professional predisposition test with a career advisor and it turned out that I should have a job with people. And while the SEO industry also involves contact with clients, on a daily basis, these were mainly technical/IT tasks performed at the computer.
Later, working in trade as a salesperson and customer advisor, I discovered that this was the path I wanted to follow.
I feel comfortable in contact with clients, both by phone and face to face.
I am excellent at consulting, customer objections, I can respond to them effectively, leading to sales. I also manage the complaint process well, thanks to which even temporarily dissatisfied customers come back. I feel good in what I do and I know that working with customers is the path that is consistent with me, my skills and that is what I want to follow.
